POVZETEK

Richard and Kahlan unexpectedly meet an old friend, and change their course to the opposite direction to help him, towards Hartland, the village where Richard grew up. When they arrive there they discover things have changed a great deal since they left, and Richard is given an opportunity to reconcile with the past while dealing with yet another perilous situation.
