Erik discovers that his grandfather gave his friend Torre the crystal from his magic sword -which is why Erik’snot been able to control it. Convinced this will finally ‘prove his worth’ to his fellow students, Erik takes the crystal without asking -setting in motion a chain of events that threatens to destroy the Skool.
