This episode featured four contestants from New York City competing against four contestants from Los Angeles.

Stunt #1 (Helicopter rappel) Going head-to-head, contestants would use a hand-break to rappel down ropes hanging from a helicopter. While rappelling, they would have to release 5 flags from a rope hanging adjacent to them and then drop into the water below.
