SINOPSIS

The finalists prepare their seafood courses and those chefs who didn't make it onto the shortlist with their starters yesterday are hoping to do better today. Oliver Peyton, Prue Leith and Matthew Fort are joined by D-Day veteran Ken Sturdy, who helped judge the North West heat. Who will be in with a chance of cooking their fish course at the St Paul's banquet?
