SINOPSIS

The two remaining chefs from Wales prepare their entire menus for Prue Leith, Matthew Fort, Oliver Peyton and guest judge and former war correspondent Martin Bell. Only one contender can make it through to the national finals and get the chance to cook at a banquet held in St Paul's Cathedral to mark the 70th anniversary of the Normandy landings.
