The North East chefs prepare seafood courses as they compete for the chance to cook at the D-Day banquet in St Paul's Cathedral. Frances Atkins hope to deliver a winning dish inspired once again by her father's wartime experiences, while Colin McGurran hopes to impress with his unusual representation of the Normandy beaches.
