Great British Menu: North East Starter

SINOPSIS

The first of the North East heats sees returning contender Colin McGurran and newcomers Paul Welburn and Frances Atkins prepare their starters for the D-Day banquet. They must impress a mystery Great British Menu veteran if they are to cook in the regional final for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton, Matthew Fort and Molly Rose, who flew Spitfires for the Air Transport Auxiliary during the Second World War to support the RAF.
