SINOPSIS

The first of the London and South East heats sees returning contender Adam Simmonds and newcomers Tom Sellers and Adam Byatt prepare their starters for the D-Day banquet. They must impress a mystery Great British Menu veteran if they are to cook in the regional final for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton, Matthew Fort and Joy Hunter, who worked in Winston Churchill's war cabinet as a secretary.
