Grace Kent lives in Cornwall: her father Clive manages the cinema of the little town. Sebastian Brody, the boyfriend of Grace propose her to work with him in his workshop,but Grace has decided to go to the London School of Cinema and to become costume designer. Before leaving Grace meets her friend Ruby, the fortune teller, who tells her that another man will enter in her life. Five years later Grace is in a restaurant with her colleague Jason Benning: behind their table a cell phone rings, a man answers saying that he is Robert Hayford (the name mentioned by the fortune teller), suddenly Grace can't breath but Robert Hayford helps her to breath again. Robert has to go for an emergency (because he is doctor) ,but he gives her his business card.Grace tried to call Robert but Robert Hayford has gone to Cornwall, so Grace decides to go to her home town in Cornwall.
