OPIS
A vicar takes up a position in a 19th-century Scottish village, and falls in love with a gypsy who is aiding a militant Luddite campaign against a nearby factory driving the local weavers out of business. The relationship creates outrage among the townsfolk, and it also transpires that she is not who she claims to be. Drama, starring Katharine Hepburn and John Beal.
