Un'estate al mare

Episodic films set on Italian beaches, which tell of loves, betrayals and misadventures of more or less young vacationers. The narrator is none other than the late, great Gigi Proietti.

In Ischia a love triangle, in Peschici the elderly Nicola (Lino Banfi) who returns after many years pretending to have false wealth and a sexy young wife (Victoria Silvstedt), in Ostia a father who is grappling with his son's education.

And then again at the Circeo a couple of lovers arguing, in Capri an extramarital affair and in Porto Rotondo an forgetful actor intent on preparing a show.

It adds up to a series of funny sequences with an all-star cast. Well worth a look.
