Četverodijelna dokumentarna serija o dalmatinskim varošima predstavljenih iz perspektive živopisnih legendi, njihovih sjećanja na djetinjstvo i život u gradu u kojem su odrasli. Vraćamo se u vrijeme prije Drugog svjetskog rata i nakon njega kad su dalmatinske varoši bile bijedni, siromašni, pomalo zastrašujući, prilično opaki i suludo duhoviti dijelovi grada. Ispadali su odatle pravi felinijevski likovi, oriđinali, ali i genijalci, luzeri i životni pobjednici, svi oni sabijeni u tijesnim kalama, kućama i zajedničkim odrastanjima.
