Na Malim Srakanama žive Ana i Werner Kohl, a na Velima Igor i Blanka Rukavina. I jedni i drugi su doseljenici. Posljednji autohtoni Srakanjez je Silvano Skrivanić, o kojem skrbi bračni par Rukavina. Kad Marin Marušić dovede na Vele Srakane televizijsku ekipu, organiziraju projekciju televizijskih filmova o Srakanama, snimljenih šezdesetih godina. Kroz reminescencije potaknute gledanjem filma počinje priča o mogućnostima života na otoku, u prošlosti i danas. Perspektivu trećeg filma uvodi redatelj kad posljednjem Srakanjezu Silvanu daje u ruke go pro kameru, kako bi filmska priča dobila još nezabilježenu autentičnu vizuru posljednjeg Srakanjeza.
