This week's second heat sees six more chefs enter the kitchen, with Marcus's skills test challenging three of them to prepare scallops in three different ways, and Monica's testing the other three on their ability to make a sweet sabayon, served glazed with fruit. The remaining chefs then have the chance to showcase their style, technique and plating with their signature dish, aiming to prove to Gregg Wallace, Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti that they deserve a place in the quarter-finals.
