Synopsis:

Dragons' Den is open for business for a seventeenth series. Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden, Touker Suleyman and Tej Lalvani are joined by new dragon Sara Davies - the founder of Crafter's Companion - who will also be looking to invest in the right business. Budding entrepreneurs, inventors and small-business men and women pitch their ideas to the five 'dragons' - real-life business leaders and millionaires, with real cash to invest in the companies they feel will make it. In this series, an eco-friendly entrepreneur has to suck up feedback on his innovative straw alternative, and a pair of porridge enthusiasts invite the dragons to a teddy bears' picnic with a difference.
