Over at Holby's A and E, a new trainee paramedic Emma gets a shock on her first day when she realises that the job is not as easy as she expected, Nikki is also having a tough day as she faces disciplinary action after going beyond the call of duty, and when Lara narrowly escapes a knife-wielding patient, she finally accepts Harry's support.
