SYNOPSIS

A semi in Mottingham in London, a detached house in Littleover in Derby, and a terrace in Dover in Kent are all renovated to a very high standard. The difference is the time scales to complete the work which run from under a week to more than two and a half years. Martin, Dion and Martel keep an eye on progress.
