MasterChef: The Professionals

SYNOPSIS

The first three semi-finalists battle it out for a place in finals week, firstly working alongside the Michelin-starred chef Alyn Williams for two days in his restaurant in Mayfair. The chefs are each responsible for a course in the hectic lunchtime service, before showcasing their own skills as they recreate Alyn's signature dish. Later, the chefs return to the Masterchef kitchen to show Monica and Marcus what they have learnt working with Alyn, as they cook their own two-course menu to try to secure a place in finals week.
