Inside the Factory

SYNOPSIS

Gregg explores a factory in Grimsby that produces 80,000 fish fingers every day. He discovers that cod arrives at the factory as compressed blocks of frozen fish which are cut into finger shapes before being floured, battered, breaded, and then fried for 45 seconds.
