SYNOPSIS

Un cheval sans cavalier arrive au galop dans le cimetière national d’Arlington. Ses deux étriers transportent des bottes contenant chacune un pied humain. Gibbs et son équipe découvrent rapidement l’identité de la victime. Il s’agit du sergent David Holztman, un vétéran sans-abri.
