SYNOPSIS

As cattle breeders island Borgholm police chief Hermann Lund retires, young commissioner Lilli Hellberg, fresh from police academy, is posted there, not as hoped in cool capital Stockholm. Borgholm has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, which the stickler deems corrupted. Sparks fly between her and charming tourist Malte Sommerfeld. Lilli's self-invited, meddling mother Uta falls for her 'dirty' predecessor Hermann Lund. Malte keeps his eyes on Hungarian diplomat's brat Adrian Barati, a generous big spender trusting immunity works always, attracting friends like Malte's ex Nena. An expensive collection of paintings proves key.
