SYNOPSIS

In the first case, Jemimah is in court to claim 805 pounds and 95 pence for the damage caused to her possessions while in her sister's care. Defendant Mickaella claims that many of the items were damaged before she received them, therefore she owes nothing. Kevin is in court to claim 620 pounds for various outstanding loan amounts made to his friend to help pay for rent.
