SYNOPSIS

In the first case, Kristian is in court to claim 1,050 pounds for the cost of covering a tattoo after a practical joke by his friend went wrong. Defendant Gary says it was Kristian's responsibility to check the tattoo, therefore he owes nothing. He is counterclaiming 35 pounds and 75 pence for the cost of the tattoo, which he says he paid for.
