SYNOPSIS

La Secrétaire d'État McCord et son équipe doivent travailler avec le gouvernement mexicain afin d'extrader un leader du cartel mexicain dans une prison américaine dans le but de diminuer la crise d'opiacés. Mais après qu'il se soit échappé durant le transport et qu'un journaliste qui l'a interviewé soit mort, l'urgence de retrouver le leader est à son paroxysme.
