Retired architect Libby is finally hoping to fulfil a lifelong dream - to open her own stud eventing yard. She would love to live by the sea in North Devon or Somerset but believes the land she needs will only be found in the countryside. Coastal property finder Kerr Drummond and country expert Sara Damergi battle it out to make Libby's dream come true for her budget.
