SYNOPSIS

When Alex and Maggie cannot agree on the best way to help an ailing Bree, their hesitation causes complications, leading to Alex not telling the whole truth to Charlie, who has just been made interim Chief of Surgery. Meanwhile, Charlie's patient's incessant puns signal a deeper problem, and Zach struggles to transition his E.R. to an Urgent Care, while struggling to convince his patient to wear pants.
