SYNOPSIS

Melissa Utterback is a drug addict and mother of four children she's never raised. Now, supposedly clean and sober, Melissa wants her kids back. Parole Agent Denise Jackson must determine if Melissa's off drug...and if giving her back her children will put them in danger.
