SYNOPSIS

Kevin McCloud revisits a project undertaken by Daren Howarth and Adi Nortje, a couple who moved from Brighton to Brittany to create an earth-sheltered house built almost entirely from recycled materials. Their aim was to enlist the help of unskilled volunteers to work on the home, in exchange for teaching them construction techniques to keep down the costs. The presenter returns to learn how their experiment turned out.
