SYNOPSIS

Rocky is feeling miserable in the wake of the fire, so she and CeCe join the struggling Spirit Squad - only to find its members need some inspiration. Meanwhile, Dina and Tinka become friends and Flynn meets the new neighbour who tells him he has a bad friend reputation.
