SYNOPSIS

Michael takes great pleasure in telling smug ex-wife Jan he has a date for the charity gala - now all he has to do is actually ask Stella if she'll accompany him to the bash. Temptation continues to get the better of Emma, as a few stolen kisses with Marcus spiral into something far more serious, and Big Alan is in need of a confidence boost after shying away from Celia's suggestion that she spend the night at his place.
