SYNOPSIS

Dog handler Jon is forced to wrestle with a drunk man on the high street in Lincoln and Dan has an early morning encounter with a driver who is over the limit. Elsewhere, a wine-loving shoplifter gets his just desserts, Mark pulls over a juggernaut in jeopardy on the A1, and the helicopter is scrambled to chase down a car thief.
