Famous publisher Hamilton Cork visits the zoo and Howard sees an opportunity to get the novel he has spent his life writing into print - but the esteemed guest is more interested in Vince's story about a character called Charlie. Meanwhile, Bob comes up with a new breeding programme for the pandas.
