Jack Dee meets the third candidate to be fired from the business contest by Alan Sugar, having failed to impress in the channel-hopping shopping task. Regular panellist Romesh Ranganathan is joined by Lord Sugar's new aide Claude Littner to help determine exactly where things went wrong.
