SYNOPSIS

Four Olympians compete to win the £1,000 prize for their chosen charities, beginning with former world champion javelin thrower Fatima Whitbread, who prepares a light and healthy meal. Ex-5,000m world record-holder Zola Budd cooks family inspired recipes, former high-jumper Dalton Grant hosts a Caribbean-themed night and Olympic 400m hurdles bronze medallist Kriss Akabusi whips his guests into shape with help from a military drill instructor.
