SYNOPSIS

Children's entertainer Mark wants to stage a theatrical wedding on a cruise ship for his bride-to-be Kelly. However, having waited 10 years to tie the knot, she is hoping for a traditional event and may not be enthusiastic when she discovers the outrageous plans he has for their big day.
