SYNOPSIS

Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty present dishes for the weekend from their cafe on Southend Pier, joined by celebrity guests in the kitchen. The duo also tour Britain to promote some of the nation's best regional foods, from Lancashire's Tosset cake to Colchester pudding. In the first edition, Olympic sprinting champion Usain Bolt cooks his Aunt Lily's jerk pork, Jamie prepares the ultimate steak and Jimmy makes a tandoor oven out of a dustbin and a flowerpot.
