SYNOPSIS
The return of the programme following the work of RSPCA officers. The tide is rising on a rottweiler stranded on the River Dee's mudflats in Merseyside, and a spaniel with too much spring in her step is sent on a course with a specialist dog trainer to calm her nerves.
