Undercover Boss

SYNOPSIS

Company director Ray Pope goes to work on the shop floor of Hyundai, discovering sales staff struggling to perform, mechanics so demoralised they are leaving their jobs, and valets frustrated at unachievable targets. Then he heads to the vehicle manufacturer's largest operation, Tilbury docks, where he learns that dozens of cars are being lost every day owing to the system he is responsible for.
