SYNOPSIS

The Oxford Street Security Team deals with a disgruntled customer, and a department store's staff work hard to unveil their Christmas lights. Meanwhile, police are called to a squabble at one of Britain's busiest stations, a `live cooking' experiment goes wrong at a hotel, and a busker looks for their big break.
