SYNOPSIS

North West chefs Mary-Ellen McTague, James Durrant and Mark Ellis have one last chance to impress in their attempts to secure a place to cook at a banquet in St Paul's Cathedral marking the 70th anniversary of D-Day. The mystery Great British Menu veteran assesses them and decides which one of the trio will not be returning for the regional final.
