SYNOPSIS

The two remaining chefs from the Scottish region prepare their entire menus for Prue Leith, Matthew Fort, Oliver Peyton and guest judge Debra Stephenson. Only one contender can make it through to represent their region in the national finals and get the chance to cook at a banquet at London's Royal Albert Hall marking 25 years of Red Nose Day.
