SYNOPSIS

Un candidat à l'élection présidentielle équatorienne est en attente d'une transplantation cardiaque. Il revient à la fondation Phoenix de sauver le scrutin, en permettant à l'homme, seul opposant d'un colonel ayant établi la loi martiale, de se présenter contre lui. Menacé d'assassinat, le politicien doit subir cette greffe de coeur dans les 48 heures. Mais un groupe rebelle tente de saboter la livraison du précieux organe. Mac, Jack, Riley et Samantha sont chargés de sécuriser l'opération…
