SYNOPSIS

New series. Comedy about a Tyneside family, scripted by and starring comedian Jason Cook, based on his experiences of growing up in the North East. Jack Pearson takes Sarah home to meet his family, but they think she is his new girlfriend - not the woman he has just married in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, dad Joe has a couple of important announcements - he is retiring and his mother is moving in. Jim Moir (Vic Reeves) heads the cast, with Gina McKee, Chris Ramsey, Kimberley Nixon and Cook himself as one of Jack's old drinking mates.
