Satellite Police: The Laughing Alien

SYNOPSIS

Commander Corry becomes concerned for Cadet Happy's well-being when he has repeated visions of the young man in various perilous situations followed by a image of a man laughing at him. Major Robertson is concerned, too. He fears that Corry's heavy responsibilities are causing him to go space happy.
