SYNOPSIS

George Foster's Hudson valley stud-farm's reputation is at stake due to a virus infection. His daughter Kay, estranged since he remarried with Esther, reluctantly returns to try her unorthodox veterinary skills. Thus Kay meets and falls in love with horse trainer and - whisperer Jake Garber. Esther's daughter convinces her to stay after George's fatal cardiac arrest, dividing the estate over his three girls and urging that devoted, experienced top jockey Eric West, Kay's ex, succeeds him as manager. All hangs on their top stud, but someone targets it, thus playing in the cards of competitor Rupert Stone, who wants to buy the estate.
