SYNOPSIS

A routine check on a car uncovers a case of suspected drug dealing, three men are arrested on suspicion of theft, a runaway cow causes problems, a wanted petrol thief's stealing spree comes to a grinding halt after a high-speed pursuit, and a dog is found abandoned in a ditch.
