SYNOPSIS

An ambulance crew fly to the scene of an accident that has left a motorcyclist pinned underneath a seven-tonne truck, and doctors struggle to stop blood squirting from a bodybuilder's bulging calf muscle. Finally, an off-roader who raises money for air ambulances is rescued by one after he falls from a crumbling rock face.
