SYNOPSIS

Fantasy adventure, in which 11-year-old American girl Marnie McBride arrives in Scotland, where a mysterious stranger presents her with four carved animals. To her amazement, these creatures come to life and lead her on a quest for the precious Book of Forbidden Knowledge. Peter Mullan and Jason Connery star, while Alan Cumming, Simon Callow, Rik Mayall and Siobhan Redmond provide the voices of the mystical menagerie
