Raymond Blanc demonstrates small dishes bursting with fresh ingredients and packed with flavour, including a trio of tartine, and a delicious pan-fried cod with brown shrimp sauce and spinach. He's also joined by chef Claude Bosi who bakes a sumptuous chocolate souffle.
