SYNOPSIS

Architect Dermot Bannon heads to Blessington, Co Wicklow, to help Hilary and Paul Fairbrother with the massive renovation needed on Hilary's old family home, which the couple are buying from her parents Hugh and Carmel O'Neill. Paul and Hilary want to modernise the house, which was built in the 1970s, and are also building a new home for Carmel and Hugh on the four-and-a-half acre site
